Perhaps I've been reading too much. I can't seem to get into The Iron King by Julie Kagawa. I don't like fairies (or faeries, whichever you prefer), but I thought I'd give it a try anyways. I'm going to keep reading to see if it picks up.
Maybe I can't read because of these blasted headaches I've been getting. That's a shame.

Dystopia Fiction!
I haven't read many dystopian novels, in fact, I don't think I've read a single one. When I picked up The Hunger Games, I was pretty excited, but I was not expecting what I read. It was awesome! I couldn't put the book down, and if I did, I had to make myself. I've read books where I was on the edge of my seat at the end of the book, but not through the entire thing!
I can't wait for Mockingjay. I went to the library and it wasn't there! :( Maybe I'll use it as an excuse to purchase the trilogy.

What Reading Means to Me
What does reading mean to me? Sure, it keeps me entertained, but honestly, it does more than that. Reading brings comfort. Whenever I'm nervous, depressed, or lonely, all I have to do is pick up a book, and viola! I'm happy. Not every book does that for me, which brings me to my next point: what are my favorite books? The type of book that keeps me most entertained is YA fiction. Don't ask me why, but I've always gone back to YA fiction. I'll dab a bit into adult fiction, but mostly it bores me. I do enjoy realistic fiction, but I absolutely love fantasy.
I'm going to be blogging about daily life. And what does daily life include? Hm... books. And other things, but mostly books. I hope you guys are as excited as I am!
